I. Tentative Timeline & Draft Schedule:

This schedule provides an idea of what the gathering days will look like. In mid August we will update and announce the final programming schedule, along with a map, instructions and the facilitators involved. All offerings are optional, participants can choose to partake on the offerings or may spend time on their own or in one of the silent stations and installations.

June 2025 - Registration Opens

August 2025 - Online - Zoom Orientations 

 

In the month of august there will be a Zoom orientation offered twice through the month that will be an important informative prerequisite for participants attending the gathering. The Zoom orientations will provide an in-depth layout of the community container and how to prepare for the weekend for silence, fasting, camping, and being technology free.

Friday August 29, 2025

4pm - Arrival, Orientation & Camp Set Up

7pm -  Welcome & Opening Intentions, logistical orientation,  overview of weekend and Invitation into ceremony

7:30pm - Feast

9pm - Fireside ‘Dharma’  Talk - Pausing for Presence

​​

9:30pm - Intention setting and Meditation

​​

10pm - FASTING & SILENCE BEGINS

Saturday August 30, 2025

7am - Sunrise Breath-work and Stretching meditation

​​

9am - Conscious Dance

​​

12pm - Afternoon guided walk & wander  through forest

​​

2pm - River immersion 

​​

7pm - Sunset silent dance party

​​

(Activity areas set up for people to engage in all day long-  but paused from 4-6 pm to encourage participants to be with themselves)

7am - Sunrise with River Meditation

9am - Conscious Dance

12pm - Afternoon Scavenger Hunt

2pm - River Immersion

7pm - Sunset Sound bath

Monday Sept 1st, 2025


7-7:30 Morning Movement circle

730-8:30 BREAK SILENCE vocal sound circle (Chanting, toning, signing etc).

8:30- 9- Fast breaking meditation- the fullness of emptiness.

9-10- BREAK FAST

10- 10:30  personal care/packing break

​​

10:30-11:30 Closing Circle

12-2pm Wrapping up, Packing & goodbyes

September 2025 - Online Zoom Debriefs & Re-integration
